  3. Release stress with a slow yoga flow. Let go of tension held in your body and reconnect with your sense of joy, ease, and clarity.
  4. Reset your nervous system with Yoga Nidra. This is a deeply restful, guided experience often described as better than sleep.
  5. Carry this grounded energy into your daily life with simple practices you can use any time. This mini retreat offers a full reset: body, mind, and spirit.
