  • Reconnect to what truly feels good with a guided journal prompts from my signature retreat reflection: “Where Does Your Soul Live?” This helps you, connect to what makes you feel good.
  • Slow and accessible yoga flow to release the stress and tension held in your body and reconnect with your sense of joy, ease, and clarity.
  • Reset your nervous system with Yoga Nidra. This is a deeply restful, guided experience often described as better than sleep.
  • Carry this grounded energy into your daily life with simple take-home strategies you can use any time.
