Powerful Woman Slow Flow Yoga: April 30 - June 18, 2026

Each week you'll support and restore your body and nervous system with an intentional full-body flow, breathwork and deep relaxation.
All classes weave in yoga poses to support women’s health, including pelvic floor awareness, joint support and stress relief.
You’ll leave feeling more open, calm, and supported. A beautiful way to close out your week

🗓 Thursdays: April 30 - June 18, 2026 | 8-Weeks
🕖 Time: 6:45 - 8:00 PM
📍 Location: Churchill Community Centre, 345 Richmond Rd. Ottawa.
🚙 Free Parking: behind Gezellig restaurant
🧘 Bring a yoga mat, props (straps, blocks), and a blanket & pillow for yoga nidra.
Here’s what to expect:
- We move through a slow, intentional flow of postures to release tension in the muscles and joints, along with poses to build core awareness and strength.
- Simple breathwork to support your nervous system is added to each class.
- We close with guided Yoga Nidra to help the body and mind Recover, Reset, and Restore.
- I show you how to use props to help you find greater ease in the postures.
- There is always laughter and good vibes. All levels welcome
Over the 8 weeks, you’ll feel more open, relaxed, and at ease in your body, with less tension and more freedom in how you move day to day.

I’m a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, trainer, and lifelong athlete. I understand firsthand how strength, mobility, and recovery support an active body, and how important it is to balance that with rest.
For more than two decades, I’ve taught yoga classes, workshops, and retreats, helping women release stress, move with more ease, and feel more at home in their bodies. My approach blends strength, breath, and deep relaxation so you feel both supported and restored.
