A Calm & Strong Flow designed specifically for women

This class combines yoga that builds strength and mobility and releases tension, along with breathwork and guided relaxation, so you leave feeling deeply restored.

Along the way, I share simple, practical insights to support women’s health, including pelvic floor awareness, joint protection, and managing stress.

📅 Tuesdays • April 14 - June 23, 2026 • 10 classes (no class April 21)

⏰ 6:45–8:00 pm (Please arrive by 6:40 pm at the latest) 

📍 Churchill Community/Senior Centre, 345 Richmond Rd

🙏  All levels welcome (some yoga experience recommended) 


What You’ll Experience

  1. We begin with a flow of standing postures, core work, and movements that build strength, balance, and mobility.
  2. Then we move to poses where we release tension, improve flexibility, and use the breath to help the body and mind relax. Props are always welcome and encouraged.
  3. We finish each class with Yoga Nidra, a guided deep rest that leaves you feeling calm, grounded, and restored.
  4. I also share simple insights that support women’s health, such as pelvic floor awareness, joint protection, strength, and managing stress.

No pressure, just feel-good, feel-strong movement in a warm, supportive community.  It's a beautiful midweek reset to look forward to. 💜


What to Know Before Class

  • Arrive: Please arrive by 6:40 pm
  • Bring: Yoga mat, blocks/strap (if you use them), plus a blanket & small pillow for Yoga Nidra
  • Level: All levels welcome; some yoga experience is necessary


👋 Hi I'm Donna.

I’m a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, trainer, and lifelong athlete. I understand firsthand how strength, mobility, and recovery support an active body, and how important it is to balance that with rest.

For more than two decades, I’ve taught yoga classes, workshops, and retreats, helping women release stress, move with more ease, and feel more at home in their bodies. My approach blends strength, breath, and deep relaxation so you feel both supported and restored.

If you’re feeling tight, tired, or carrying a lot, and want a simple, effective way to unwind and take better care of yourself, this class is for you.
