Each month, we have a theme inspired by Yogic wisdom that follows the season's rhythm.
Each class combines asana (physical poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, giving you the tools to build strength, mobility and flexibility.

Up early to start my day with a Yoga Quickie. During my evening walk last night it felt effortless, even though I was a bit weary. Then realized I'm standing up so much straighter. My shoulders were over my hips. What a difference!
