Women, this is your opportunity to step outside your busy life, slow down, breathe, and rest.

Join me for this 2-hour mini-retreat:

  • Release tension in your body with Slow Flow Yoga (perfect for beginners and more experienced yogis).
  • Calm your swirling thoughts with simple Yogic Breath Practices.

  • Slow down and remind yourself that you are brilliant, worthy, and gorgeous.

Here is how our time will flow:

We begin with Heart-Centered breath work and Slow-Flow yoga to help you release tension and stress in your body and mind. We combine this with journaling to reflect on how gratitude can bring you back to a state of calm.

Finally, sink into deep relaxation with yoga nidra to restore your nervous system, guided by a soothing Crystal Bowl Sound Bath.

The Not Doing Experience...

This will help you find a calm oasis for your racing mind, navigate to the places in your body that need to release stress and tension and create a roadmap for daily gratitude.

FAQ

What should I bring?

  • Yoga mat.
  • Bring 1- 2 soft pillows and a warm blanket. This is for the yoga nidra session.
  • Yoga props if you have them - blocks and a strap.
  • Your favourite journal and pen.
  • Wear comfy clothes so you can move freely.
