How Our Time Will Flow
You’ll be guided through a reflective journaling practice to flip the script—letting go of an old belief or story that’s no longer serving you and creating a roadmap to bring more of what you desire into your life.
We’ll move through an all-levels slow flow yoga class with breathwork designed to build confidence and release tension.
Then, you'll settle into full rest with Yoga Nidra, accompanied by Linda Yeung’s calming crystal singing bowls, allowing space for deep healing and integration.
We close with my signature Bliss Balls and conversation to take you courageously into your day.
This retreat is about not doing—clearing mental clutter, calming your nervous system, and making space for what you truly want.

FAQ
What should I bring?
- Yoga mat.
- Bring 1- 2 soft pillows and a warm blanket. This is for the yoga nidra session.
- Yoga props, if you have them - blocks and a strap.
- Your favourite journal and pen.
- Wear comfy clothes so you can move freely.
