12-week Session ~ for women and men

Yoga for Everyday Athletes focuses on moving mindfully and helping your body recover efficiently. It's all about building strength and mobility so you can avoid injury and stay active long term.

🙌 Whether you run, walk, hike, bike, swim, lift, row... This is for you

We work on the areas most of us struggle with:

  • hips and glutes (often tight and weak)
  • core strength for stability, posture, and power
  • shoulders and upper back to counter head-forward posture which puts an incredible strain on your lower back and hamstrings

Each class also includes:

  • breath work to help the diaphragm move efficiently (supporting recovery, energy, and sleep)
  • yoga nidra and a few restorative poses to help the nervous system settle and muscles release without strain

🙌 No need to be bendy or flexy - all yogis are welcome. I keep class sizes small so you get the support you need.

Hi, I'm Donna, your coach.

I’m a lifelong runner, yogi, and lover of active living.  A 500-hour certified yoga teacher and former host of Yoga for Runners on Rogers TV, I’ve spent over 20 years helping everyday athletes stay strong, mobile, and injury-free.

Whether you're a runner, walker, hiker, biker, or just want to feel a little less creaky, I know what your body needs to feel better in motion and in stillness.

This series brings it all together: strength, mobility, and mind-body recovery in one supportive space—no fluff, no pressure, just exactly what your routine has been missing.
