  5. Integrate what we do in class into your week, even if you're short on time, with simple take-home tips

  • Dates: Sept 25, Oct 2, 9, 16; Nov 6, 13, 20; Dec 4, 11 (no classes on Oct 21, 28, Nov 27)
  • Time: 6:45 - 8:00 PM
  • Location: Churchill Community Centre, 345 Richmond Rd. Ottawa.
  • Parking: behind Gezellig restaurant
  • Bring a yoga mat, any props you use (straps, blocks), and a blanket & pillow for yoga nidra.

I’m a lifelong runner, yogi, and lover of active living.  A 500-hour certified yoga teacher and former host of Yoga for Runners on Rogers TV, I’ve spent over 20 years helping everyday athletes stay strong, mobile, and injury-free.

Whether you're a runner, walker, hiker, biker, or just want to feel a little less creaky, I know what your body needs to feel better in motion and in stillness.

This series brings it all together: strength, mobility, and mind-body recovery in one supportive space—no fluff, no pressure, just exactly what your routine has been missing.
