Powerful Woman Yoga:  Sept 15 - Dec 1, 2026

If you want to build strength, move with more confidence, and create a little space for yourself in the middle of a busy week, Powerful Woman Yoga is for you.

Each class begins with an energizing flow of standing poses, core work, and movements that build strength, balance, and mobility. We then slow down with breathwork and tension-releasing postures before finishing with guided Yoga Nidra for deep rest.

Throughout the series, you’ll also explore practical ways to support women’s health, including pelvic floor awareness, joint protection, bone and muscle strength, and stress relief.

You’ll leave feeling strong, calm, and deeply restored, a beautiful midweek reset to look forward to.

Some yoga experience is necessary.
