💻 I'm hosting this mini-retreat LIVE on Zoom so you can ask me lots of questions & connect.
✔️ Can't join me live? No worries! Lifetime replay access is included with your registration.
I'll show you simple techniques to:
- Release tension in your body with Slow Flow Yoga (perfect for beginners and more experienced yogis).
-
Calm your frazzeled nerves with a simple Breath Practice, Journaling and Yoga Nidra - this works even during the holiday whirlwind.
Together, these practices help you drop out of your head and into your body — so you can feel more like yourself and move through the season feeling joyful.
Here is how our time will flow:
We begin with Heart-Centered breath work and Slow-Flow Yoga to help you release tension and stress in your body and mind. We combine this with journaling to bring you back to a state of calm at any time.
Finally, sink into deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra to restore your nervous system - all from the comfort of your ‘yoga nidra nest.’
