I'll be your guide
Yoga has so many tools to help us thrive during challenging times. Tools that I've relied heavily upon through the past few years. Through the sale of my business leaving me feeling at loose ends and searching for a new identity. The loss of my parents and other family members, and most recently, major surgery to remove a benign brain tumor.
Whew!
You know what? All of us are going through challenges right now.
I'm here to help.

The Powerful Woman Movement is a practice that combines the flow of yoga postures with breath and meditation, along with ancient wisdom you can use today to nourish your body and soul. It's a practice of compassionately showing up to honour your SELF every day.

This is a virtual retreat - you can practice from the comfort of your home. Find a private space, even a corner of your bedroom, where you can roll out your mat and be undisturbed. We connect in a shared environment online, you'll receive a link once you register.
