Time: 6:45 pm - 8:00 pm and

Location: Churchill Community Centre, 345 Richmond Rd. The designated parking is behind Gezillig restaurant.

Props: Bring your mat and props such as yoga blocks, straps, a pillow to sit on and a blanket for yoga nidra at the end of class.
