With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Monja has helped hundreds of people discover joy in movement and stick with their health goals. She has worked as a personal trainer, Spinning and group fitness instructor, and a running coach.

Her energetic and organized teaching style ensures every session is effective, supportive, and fun. Most importantly, Monja is passionate about helping people see that fitness doesn’t have to feel like a chore — it can be something you actually look forward to.
