Doing everything all the time is what’s getting us feeling frazzled, with the go-switch constantly turned on and no idea how to turn it off—nothing you've tried seems to work.
Here's what does works - leaving space for Not Doing
Not Doing is totally different from doing nothing.
- Not Doing is intentionally taking time to be still, to breathe, to rest and reset. To Remember Yourself.
- Not Doing brings your nervous system back into harmony.
When you’re always doing, your mind stays scattered, your hormones hold on to fat stores, your sleep suffers, and your body gets tight holding all that tension.
You can not stay fit and healthy with an out-of-whack nervous system, especially during perimenopause and post-menopause.
WINTER COZY - January 12 from 9:30am - 11:30am
Yoga's timeless wisdom encourages us to align with the rhythm of the seasons to maintain strength, balance, and vitality.
Winter invites us to embrace cozy moments, ground ourselves, and nurture our inner energy. It’s the perfect season for self-care—slowing down, recharging your prana and keeping your immune system strong, so you can step into the new year feeling refreshed and renewed.

 The Rhythm of Our Mini-Retreat
New for our January session: Crystal Singing Bowls with special guest Linda Yeung.
- Meditation to reset your nervous system.
- Journaling to set your heartfelt intention and create a morning filled with gratitude.
- Slow Yoga Flow, suitable for all levels, designed to release tension in your body and mind.
- Pranayama (breathwork) session to build your inner vitality and harmonize nervous system.
- Yoga Nidra a guided meditation to bring you into a state of deep rest to help you restore your body, mind and emotions. The best part is you do this lying down with pillows and blankets, in your 'yoga nidra nest.'
- Snacks! We finish the morning with my homemade Bliss Balls and time for connection and conversation.
The Not Doing mini-retreat offers a cozy space for self-care, giving you a chance to pause and find balance amidst the busyness of post-holiday life.
Wrap yourself in warmth, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling grounded, nourished, and deeply rested.

 Not Doing is a lost art. I struggled with it for years, running my yoga studio, caring for aging parents, going through a massive surgery, and transitioning to the corporate world for almost 10 years.
I didn’t identify with the word burnout, but I was on edge.
Over the last year, I finally feel like I’ve returned to being myself. I no longer feel jolted by every ping on my phone, I wake up rested and happy, I was even dancing in the kitchen this week! I've been practicing Not Doing.
I'm so excited to share this transformative practice with you in an in-person, mini-retreat
It's an honor to create this space where you can take time for yourself, surrounded by an incredible group of like-minded women. 🙏
