There’s this constant busyness that leaves no space to reset, to reflect, or to simply breathe.

And underneath that busyness, there are stories running in the background. Stories about what you “should” be doing, who you used to be, or what’s expected of you. They play on repeat and keep you circling the same thoughts, unsure how to break free.

You want clarity. You want to feel grounded in your decisions. You want to reconnect with what brings you joy — and have the courage to move toward it.

But figuring out where to begin? That’s the hard part.

Not Doing is intentionally taking time to be still, to breathe, to rest and reset, bringing  your nervous system back into harmony.

When you’re always Doing and always 'On' ...  your mind stays scattered, your cortisol rises, you store abdominal fat, your sleep suffers, and your body gets tight holding all that tension. 🤯

Hi, I'm Donna

I’ve been guiding women through yoga, movement, and mindful living for over 25 years — but my approach shifted after a few big life experiences. Losing my mom, navigating brain surgery, and moving through menopause gave me a new perspective. I realized I didn’t want to keep living by “shoulds” or following routines that left me drained.

Instead, I began listening more closely — to my body, to my inner wisdom, to what actually felt good and sustainable.

What I found was this: Rest is powerful. Presence is transformative. And letting go of what no longer serves us — in our routines, in our stories, in our minds — can be the most courageous thing we do.

Today, I help women in perimenopause and post-menopause create space for that kind of transformation. I blend yoga, simple daily rituals, and grounded self-reflection to support women in finding their rhythm again — one that feels energizing, sustainable, and deeply aligned.

Not Doing Together – Bloom isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about coming home to yourself — with clarity, courage, and joy.

Connection and community are truly healing.
