As a health and fitness pro for the last 25+ years, with a TV show, yoga studio, international retreats and having coached thousands of clients, I had a system I relied on.

But... what worked in my earlier years wasn't working in my 50s. Rebooting my yoga practice and habits was essential, and I needed to surround myself with the right people.
