Why I Created This Workshop (and why it’s different)
 I’m 60 — a lifelong athlete and yogi — and over the last decade, I’ve had to rethink how I care for my body.
What used to work started to wear me down. I was on the edge of burnout. I’ve recovered from brain surgery. And I realized: to feel strong and vital now, I had to change my rhythm.
Today, I coach women 50+ with a focus on wellness that honours this new season. I hold a 500-hour yoga certification, specialize in women’s wellness, and bring 25+ years of coaching experience to every workshop I lead.
This is not about pushing harder; it’s about tuning in, making small shifts that actually stick, and finding a rhythm that feels like relief.
